We are now seeking a Payroll Coordinator on behalf of our client.

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the end of December 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple countries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Payroll team, internal functions such as HR and Finance, and external payroll providers. You will manage daily payroll operations specifically for France and Italy, serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related questions, and work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, improvement, and documentation of payroll procedures, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Education, experience and personal characteristics

• Hands-on payroll experience supporting France and/or Italy is required, while payroll experience supporting Denmark and/or the UK is preferred.

• Strong understanding of payroll operations within a global organization.

• Experience working with Oracle.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
